From I-40 in Jackson, take U.S. 45 north. At Three Way, U.S. 45 North divides into 45W and 45E. Take U.S. 45W and continue through Humboldt. Trenton and Dyer. Dyer Nursing Home is on the left, just north of the Dyer business district.
